Bube's Brewery is a 19th century brewery complex. Bube's is one of the only breweries from the early days of the great American breweries that has been left intact. Today, Bube's operates as not only a microbrewery but also as an entertainment and dining mecca.
The Brewery began producing beer again in November 2001 for the first time since 1917. The present day brewery operates in the original brewery's ice house. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a free tour Monday through Friday, 5-9pm.
