Shady Maple Smorgasbord
Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Lancaster County’s premiere smorgasbord buffet, is the largest in the USA and features our founder’s favorite family recipes, prepared fresh daily in the traditional, Pennsylvania Dutch way! We offer premium, made to order foods like sizzling steaks on the grill, and 13 varieties of pancakes for breakfast! The carving station is a delight; guests say our brisket from a Weaver Family secret recipe, is legendary. Our buffet and grill features are created for every palate and dietary need. All desserts and baked goods are made fresh daily on the premises. The Shady Maple Banquet Center is ideal for your special event, wedding reception, or corporate meeting, from 50 to 1000 guests.
For a quick meal, consider our Snack Shack, located in the Shady Maple Farm Market on site, specializing in breakfast sandwiches, hand rolled soft pretzels, milkshakes, sundaes, and gourmet sandwiches.
While you are here, be sure to visit our unique Gift Shop on the Smorgasbord's lower level, with over 40,000 square feet of unique gift items, collectibles, toys, Jim Shore, candles, home decor, Amish crafted furniture, quilts, and so much more. It's truly a gift 'mall' in itself!
Shady Maple Smorgasbord is open Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Gift Shop is open Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.
