Watch the flag raise in Honor of Juneteenth National Freedom Day at City Hall (120 N. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA) and stay for a Juneteenth Conversation and soul food reception at Bethel A.M.E. Church and Cultural Center (512 E. Strawberry Street, Lancaster, PA) 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
