Children's Lunar New Year Celebration

Families in Lancaster are in for a treat as they embark on a unique cultural journey to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Susquehanna Waldorf School proudly presents an unforgettable Lunar New Year Celebration hosted at Barnes & Noble in Lancaster on Wednesday, January 29th, from 4 to 6 pm.

This enchanting event promises an immersive experience for children and their families, bringing the vibrancy of Chinese New Year to the heart of Lancaster. Attendees will have the opportunity to revel in the festivities with captivating lion dances, engaging Chinese New Year stories, and hands-on crafts. The celebration reaches its peak with the thrilling spectacle of celebratory "firecrackers," which, in this case, are the exciting pops of loud bubble wrap.
