Fall Play — Arsenic and Old Lace

Event Details

Oct 31 - Nov 02

Linden Hall's Theater Department is proud to announce that one of the classics of American comedy, Arsenic and Old Lace, will come to life in Snavely Theater this fall, just in time for Halloween!

Arsenic and Old Lace centers around two elderly sisters who are famous in their Brooklyn neighborhood for believing that charity begins at home. Unfortunately, however, their charity includes a unique recipe for elderberry wine that includes arsenic and cyanide. Joining in the mayhem are the Brewster sisters’ mentally challenged nephew who believes he is Teddy Roosevelt, a sadistic nephew who bears a resemblance to the Frankenstein monster, and a third nephew who discovers a body on the night of his engagement.

Joseph Kesselring’s tale of murder and mischief will open on Halloween night and run for three performances (October 31 through November 2).

FREE tickets will go live on Monday, October 7. To reserve your spot, call 717-626-8512!
