Come enjoy peace and relaxation through nature and forest therapy in Penn’s Woods. We believe in a comprehensive approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit for restoration—especially on vacation. Elizabeth invites you to create space for rest and authentic nature connections. Each week in this series has a special focus of exploration, and includes traditional tea ceremony and light refreshments. Come for all 6 sessions or join us for one.
