Our Chef’s Table events are designed to provide up to twelve guests with front-row seats to a lively culinary performance. Witness artistry in its most delicious sense as our executive culinary team prepares a vibrant, custom-tailored menu. Between bites, savor sips of wine paired beautifully with each course.

You will be welcomed into Proof and seated at our Chef's Table, where you will begin your evening. Dinner will consist of five courses created by our Chef with wine pairings chosen exclusively for this dining experience. Each course and pairing is thoughtfully crafted to evoke the essence of the season, with a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that reflect the changing landscape. Every bite and sip is a tribute to our natural world, capturing the vibrant foliage, the crisp air, and serene waters.
