Songs and Stories of the Red, White and Blue

Matthew Dodd, a singer, musician, and storyteller, will perform live on the lawn of the Fasig and Keath Colonial Log Houses museums sponsored by the Manheim Historical Society. Matthew Dodd, dressed in historical clothes, will amuse adults and children with stories and songs of the Red, White, and Blue on Sunday, July 14 from 1 to 4 pm., rain or shine. The entertainment and museum tours are free and are located at 30-32 East High St. in Manheim, with free parking in the rear. Matthew has been performing for 29 years in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and other states. A retired special-education teacher he is a natural in front of an audience, dressed in period-appropriate costumes and storytelling to share his enthusiasm for history.
