The very best and most authentic recommendations to guests come from our own experiences. To help all of us be better ambassadors for Lancaster County tourism, Hospitality Days aims to get partners -- especially customer-facing staff -- out to experience the county with a book filled with giveaways and discounts to attractions, restaurants, retail stores, and lodging partners.
Last year, over 14,000 booklets were distributed to partner businesses for their teams!
In some cases, word-of-mouth is the best marketing strategy - for better or worse. Give your business more exposure this year by inviting fellow industry members to visit, experience, and love what you offer. The better the experience they have the more likely they are to recommend your business the next time they're asked "What else is there to do in Lancaster?"
The cost of having an offer in the Hospitality Days booklet is $50 per offer submitted. Kindly submit either a giveaway or a 15% or more discount.
Hospitality Days aims to connect customer-facing staff with Lancaster County’s incredible attractions, restaurants, retail shops, and lodging. Each booklet is packed with giveaways and discounts, giving your team first-hand experiences that result in great recommendations to share with your visitors. It's also a really fun perk that your team will look forward to year after year.
Even if you are not submitting a special offer, you can register yourself and employees to participate by indicating below the number of FREE coupon booklets that will need.
In addition to a random prize drawing at the end of the program, there will also be prizes for participants who check-in to 25+ businesses and a top prize for “Most Check-ins”. Simply bring your initialed booklet to the Discover Lancaster Visitors by July 15, 2025 to be entered into prize drawings.

Pick up your booklets, celebrate hospitality, and enjoy locally made ice cream on April 22. 2025 from 4 PM - 6 PM at Discover Lancaster Visitors Center [501 Greenfield Road, Lancaster]. You can also pick-up booklets after April 20th in our Visitors Center during regular hours (Mondays-Saturdays 10 AM-4 PM).
If you do not pick up your booklets, the team will drop them off at your business. However, if you require drop off, this may reduce the amount of time you have to actually use the booklet.
Booklets are valid from May 1 - June 30, 2025
No, you do not need to submit an offer to receive booklets. However, you must complete the booklet request form to ensure you receive the number of booklets you need.
Cost to submit an offer is just $50. Complete the offer form today!
We distribute approximately 14,000 booklets to employees of partner businesses around Lancaster County.
